About the Role
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1+ year of professional experience to join our design and development team in Mahalaxmi, Imadol-04, Lalitpur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive visual designs, wireframes, and responsive user interfaces that translate seamlessly into clean, standards-compliant web code. You will collaborate closely with our backend developers, UI/UX specialists, and marketing team to deliver engaging, modern, and user-centric web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX & Visual Design: Design intuitive UI layouts, responsive wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Frontend Web Implementation: Convert Figma designs, wireframes, and design systems into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript interfaces.
Modern CSS Frameworks: Build and customize clean, mobile-first web components using modern frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
Cross-Browser & Device Testing: Ensure full cross-browser compatibility, responsive performance across all screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop), and adhere to web accessibility standards.
Assets & Design Systems: Create and maintain reusable design components, typography hierarchies, color palettes, SVGs, and web assets for streamlined product workflows.
Developer Collaboration: Work directly with Laravel and backend engineers to ensure smooth handoff, Blade template asset structuring, and design fidelity.
Continuous Optimization: Refine existing website designs, enhance visual hierarchy, improve user journey flows, and optimize frontend assets for fast page-loading speeds.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1+ year of professional hands-on experience in web design, UI design, and responsive frontend implementation.
Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, design systems, and developer handoff).
Core Web Technologies: Solid command of semantic HTML5, modern CSS3 (Flexbox, CSS Grid, animations), and vanilla JavaScript.
CSS Frameworks: Practical experience building production-ready layouts using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
Responsive Design: Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, fluid typography, and clean UI spacing conventions.
Portfolio: A portfolio or live project links demonstrating functional web design, UI craft, and frontend coding capabilities.
Collaboration & Git: Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub for code management and team collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with Blade templating engine integration in Laravel environments.
Understanding of basic SEO-friendly web markup, Core Web Vitals, and lightweight asset optimization.
Experience creating micro-interactions, UI animations, or SVG icons.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript utility libraries or reactive tools (e.g., Alpine.js).
